WEAKNESS

I define weakness as the loss of self-control — a parasite that takes control over you,
a parasite that gives rot direct access to your soul.
Weakness strips you of your will, your freedom, and your sanity.

Weak people don’t have control over themselves.
They want something, but they can’t achieve it because they can’t get their shit together, stand up, and act.

They know they should hit the gym,
“but it’s cold outside and the bed is so comfy.”
WEAK.

They know they should make money,
“but videogames are so fun.”
WEAK.

They know they should stop eating garbage,
“but it tastes so good.”
WEAK.

What do you fucking feel when you look yourself in the eyes in the mirror?
Without all your coping mechanisms that protect you from accountability and emotional pain?

WEAK.

It’s all fucking weak.

You need to take control — whatever it takes.
Because weakness takes everything: your freedom, your manhood, your faith, your fire.

Weakness takes your soul.

You cannot afford to be weak in anything, because weakness is contagious.
Strength is not something you acquire once and keep forever.
Strength is something you must upkeep by not allowing weakness in even the smallest corner.
If you allow weakness in one area, others will follow.

You’re tired, the alarm rings and you need to go to the gym.
Stand up and go, even if you’re tired and feel like shit.
If you don’t do it now, tomorrow you’ll skip again because there will be another “valid” reason.
There is always a valid reason.

But it doesn’t matter.

This applies to every aspect of your life.

Analyze everything:

How do you speak?
Why do you use the language you use?

What do you eat?
Why?
What is the objective of the food?

Do you train?
What do you train?
Why?

Are you training arms because it’s time to or because you’re avoiding squats since they’re hard and you’re deciding to be a weak bitch today?

Analyze everything.
Get rid of weakness in everything — like removing an infestation, a virus, a parasite.
Kill it. Ruthlessly. No mercy.

Feel like shit.
Enjoy the pain.
Become strong.

Only by doing this — only by aggressively taking control of yourself — can you be free.

Free to do.
Free to create.
Free to decide.

You become the player behind the chessboard instead of the pawn on it.
That’s freedom.
You choose how to play, and you carry the responsibility for the wins and losses.
You start living instead of just existing.

Once you get rid of the weakness inside you, you look around and see that the outer world reflects the same rule: the weak and the strong.

Look at the lives of weak men and the lives of strong men.
Why the fuck would you choose the life of the weak?

Why would you choose the Toyota of government support instead of the Ferrari earned through 10 years of hard work and pain?

Only one possible answer:
WEAK.

If you are strong, there is no reason you shouldn’t aim for the Ferrari — whether you’ll have it now or in 10 years.
Choose and achieve.
Consciously.

There cannot be failure if you refuse to give up — if you refuse weakness.
Failure becomes impossible.
Because no matter how much goes wrong, you will keep failing forward until something goes right.
And then you win.

And the best part about being strong is that you know you will win because you refuse to give up — from the beginning.

When I was a skinny little boy and looked into the gym mirror for the first time, I was on fire.
I knew I would look into that mirror someday jacked — no doubt.
Because I would either achieve it, or die.

I didn’t die.
So now I look into that mirror, jacked, still on fire, knowing that soon I will be even more jacked, even stronger.

One thing most people forget on the climb toward strength is that being merciful, kind and truly loving someone is one of the greatest forms of strength —
but not because you “have to” or because you were conditioned into it.
But because you choose to.

You should also be able to kill if you decide to.
You should also be able to be ruthless, cold, dangerous.

Strength is the most important objective of masculinity.

This newsletter exists to make you as strong as possible in every realm.
Every post exists to give you strength — to reprogram your mind to become strong.
Because with strength comes freedom, success, and peace.

Do you understand?
