Visualisation
Most of us don’t use our minds for what they were designed to be used for.
Visualisation
It is the forgotten superpower of the mind.
Your brain was built for survival, built for creation,
constantly adapting, constantly evolving.
Everything you see around you —
every building, every invention, every achievement —
once lived only in someone’s imagination.
They saw it before it existed.
They imagined it so vividly
that reality had no choice but to catch up.
This is the essence of your imagination.
You need to be able to close your eyes
and picture the life you want so vividly and emotionally
that your current reality feels like nothing more
than the pre-ramp to the life you desire.
When you imagine with full intensity, your body reacts.
Think of something that makes you furious —
your pupils dilate, your heart races, testosterone spikes,
your whole body shifts.
Nothing in the outside world changed,
yet your mind created a physical reaction.
That’s how powerful your imagination is.
It can bend your physical reality without being part of it.
Use it.
Don’t waste your brain replaying fears and doubts.
Feed it visions of the life you actually want.
Imagine it so vividly you can taste it.
Then blink, cure your brain — and act.
You’ll never lack motivation again.
