Relation to Fear

Fear is nothing more than a mental projection of possible pain in the future.
It’s not reality. It’s only what might happen.

Most men let fear consume them.
They rehearse it, over and over again.
They imagine, hesitate, retreat.
Until fear becomes an automated cage they live in.

But fear is not your enemy.
Fear is energy.
Fear is focus.
Fear is a superpower—if you learn to use it correctly.

When you feel fear, don’t collapse like a coward.
Don’t hide. Don’t stall.

Feel it. Get excited.
Calm your mind. Decide quickly. Act immediately.

Like a fighter walking into the cage—heart racing, body trembling, yet eyes sharp.
He feels the fear.
And then he goes.

Fear always offers you a choice:
Bravery or cowardice.

That choice shapes your life.

Cowardice is disgusting.
It is treacherous. It is weak.

So ask yourself:
Why did you choose to be a coward today?
And what choice will you make the next time you meet fear?
