Lock In
Most people never learn how to lock in.
They “work.” They “do things.” But they never lock in.
Locking in means total focus.
No distractions. No notifications. No background noise.
You cut everything out — the sound, the clutter, the comfort.
The table is clean.
The only light comes from your screen.
It’s cold.
You’re slightly hungry and fully hydrated.
And then—
You go in.
Locking in is a mission.
A hunt.
You sit down for a pre-decided time period — 4 hours, 8 hours, 12 hours.
One task. One goal. One outcome.
If you truly lock in, it will get done.
Then you repeat.
Day after day.
Stacking completed missions on top of each other.
Each one a battle won.
And one day, you look up and realize—
you’ve won the war.
But that only happens when you stop “doing things”
And start locking in.
