It Needs To Be Difficult

The road to greatness isn’t smooth.
It’s long, uncomfortable, and filled with days
where you question why you even started.

There will be long periods of time where you hate the process,
where every task feels like a burden,
where your body is drained
and your mind screams for an easier way.

That’s exactly why most people give up.
That’s why so few ever make it.

If the road was simple, everyone would take it.
And if everyone took it, it would lead to nothing.

A hundred begin the climb.
Ninety-nine stumble and never return.
The one who refuses to quit,
the one who crawls to the finish—
he is the one who claims the prize.

And if all 100 reached the top,
splitting the treasure evenly,
it would lose all of its worth.

Difficulty is the gatekeeper of value.
The very reason you want the reward
is because it demands everything from you.

If it was easy, it would already be in your hands.
And nobody would care that you had it.

It’s not meant to be smooth.
It’s meant to test you.

You’re supposed to feel the weight,
to think this is unbearable,
and still press forward—
smiling through the suffering.
