Cause and Effect

Every action has a consequence.
Most are predictable.

Stand in front of a moving train — you die.
Train every day for two years — you get strong.
Ignore your health, your finances, your relationships — they decay.
Put in the work — results follow.

This is not luck.
It’s not chance.
It’s cause and effect.

So when you fail —
when you’re broke, tired, unimportant—
there is no “oops.”

Oops, no money.
Oops, im fat.
Oops, missed chance.
No.
You caused it.

Not by one big mistake.
But by thousands of tiny ones.
Ignored. Avoided. Repeated.

You’re not unlucky.
You’re unconscious.
Moving through life in a half-coma,
blind to the inputs shaping your outcomes.

Wake up.
Look around.
Think.
Act.

You may not know the full path.
But you know the next step.

Take it.
